Ensembl walks you through the setup of your future gatherings. While it starts with default settings, you set the parameters: when reminders go out, how invites are received, who approves minutes, how soon task reminders go out, etc.

Ensembl timers are visible for all. An overall meeting timer tracks the time of the meeting. Each agenda item has a progress timer with the budgeted time of the topic at hand. The Ensembl Tempo™ gauge shows everyone how you're pacing through the agenda, with an over/under indicator to show you how much time you have to get through everything on-time (eg under 7 minutes — we can spend a bit more time on something else, or adjourn early!).

Every meeting participant has a quick notes button associated with each agenda item to jot down ideas. Ensemble automatically compiles these notes and maintains them on their individual Ensembl dashboard for future reference.
As the gathering proceeds, members will either volunteer or be assigned specific action items to further the team's goals. Ensembl will immediately record that task, assign it to the person and automate the distribution of the task and all future reminders until the task is complete. Ensembl will make sure that all tasks and their completion are made public within the group for insight on its status, with automated follow-ups as the due date approaches.
Ensembl allows you to assign a delegate role to participants to have administrator capabilities at a meeting or group level, enabling others to help take minutes, upload documents, assign tasks, or drive the agenda.
